Hammond Concrete and Testing Services are Hilti recommended providers for test equipment to proof load fixtures and fittings. Our comprehensive range of pull test equipment provides calibrated test equipment to load ranges from 1kN to 300kN.

We also provide site support services for all applications, and design bespoke testing for floor and deck assessment arranging crash decks, kentledge and gauges for full load assessment.

Light Weight Pull Test Equipment Model 2000:
A purpose made system for testing fasteners and anchors.

Load gauge range available for pull testing to: 0-5, 0-10, 0-15, 0-20 or 0-25 kN/lbs/ft Accurate to +/- 2.5 fsd.

This equipment is also used to determine bond strength between existing and new concrete using 50mmø dollies particularly useful for concrete repair evaluation.

Triangular Load Stool:
Used in association with the light weight pull tester model 2000 to provide a bridge over re-bar or studding during testing.

Mid Range Hydraulic Pull Test Equipment:
For load testing of re-bar and firings to 145kN.

A compact light weight alternative puller to the conventional single-acting single pump, hose and gauge. The advantages are:

Combined weight of load spreading bridge and tester is only 14kg
Dual readout of kN and pounds force with peak memory facility
M12 tapped hole for safety line
Comes with wedges and collets from T6 to T24

Heavyweight Pull Test Equipment:
A hydraulic system comprising ENERPAC jack and hollow bore ram capable of high load application up to 300kN (30 tonnes).
